I've just purchased my own cottage with the idea of renovating a little at a time on a budget.  There is just so much to do, but I love this house and don't mind how long it takes.

I have a love for the french country interior style, and will slowly hope to inject that essence into my own home a little at a time.
I'm also starting to experiment with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint, hopefully I'll have a few projects to show soon!

This blog of mine will focus on;

-  renovating my home, room by room, with lots of little projects thrown in along the way

-  a little bit about my family
